Cintron also claims that Trump only gave him two raises in 15 years. Cintron claims he had to be ready to go at 7 a.m. and work until Trump, his associates, or family didn't need him anymore. He often worked 55 hours per week, but was paid a fixed salary with minimal raises. But Cintron's last raise was conditional.
